If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
Returns will be accepted if all items are in perfect condition with all tags attached and the original packaging.
Special Sales or Clearance offers of products from previous collections are non-refundable. In these cases returns will not be accepted.
Soulmad3 reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in accordance with the aforementioned return policy. In case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address in the original order.
Items can be exchanged with another, available item. You need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you. In that case just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Store credit can be used for future orders within 6 months from the return.
Refund will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted, and will be completed approximately within 8-10 working days. Refunds will be remitted to the bank account prescribed by the customer.
In case you choose to return your order, you will be charged with the shipping cost.
